Could someone please do me a HUGE Photoshop favour? (Goosebump Dog Eyes)

Hey Guys,Could one of you please do me a huge favour. As part of a joke I'm doing for someone I need to make this dogs eyes to glow like in the intro to that old Goosebumps series.



The dogs eyes just have to glow green for a few seconds and then go back normal using Photoshop or whatever. If anyone could do it, it would be hugely appreciated.
