I really like to know,what i should do,to become a chara designer,maybe for capcom =)
I know i'm tasting so ambitious,but i really appreciate any comments/critiques/suggestions about this argument .Character design?

How about work with chickens and worms?
Research the qualifications for becoming a game designer, what courses to take in college, and where the best places to go would be. Preferably, going to an art school would be your best place to look.
Your aiming too high. You'll have a much better chance working in smaller companies, not even in the capcom console department, but the pc department also. This all depends on your skill though, are you talented enough? Do you have the creativity? Are you flexible for the ever changing conceptual department? Do you have degrees in various fields? Are you familiar with several different graphic desing software. These are all good questions to ask yourself when working in the conceptual design field.

I'm already qualified (i've already done a course) in Illustration.

Capcom is the first thing i suggested,but i was meaning any company.

You will most likely start out at smaller companies, but as you get more and more experience, you'll get to move up on the latter. Eventually if you really stick to it, you may end up at places probably as high as Capcom. That's pretty much my best advice. Just stick with it and talk to other people in the business.
