You'll be fine.Getting my Wisdom teeth pulled out soon
You are gonna feel amazing after
If it makes you feel any better, I was born without my wisdom teeth.
No surgery for me :)
I had some none wisdom teeth pulled and it was alright, might be worse for wisdom teeth IDK.
You're going to look like a chipmunk.
:)
Supposedly I'll also have mine removed sometime before the year ends...I'm scared...
Its not as bad as many people say. They only bad part is when they stick a syringe into your arm and tape it down. Just don't try to stand right after the operation.
I'm not gonna lie to you. It is very very PAINFUL.
Got all 4 pulled about a year ago. I was under, so I didn't feel anything. Afterwards, I was so drugged up, it was excellent. Greatest feeling ever. I took some painkillers before the drugs wore off, and then I felt buzzed, so I didn't take anymore from then on. I went to work the next day with out any meds, and I felt perfectly fine.
Just make sure you finish your antibodies, even if you feel like you dont need them anymore. If you dont, you wont kill all the bacteria, then whats left will just mutate and become resistant, then you'd have bigger problems on your hands....
Dude, it's a pretty enjoyable experience. They put you under with laughing gas and get you high for half your day, then give you painkillers to take for as long as you need them. If all goes according to plan it should be a pretty painless procedure all the way through. Plus I cannot tell you how good it feels to not have those damn teeth poking through your gums all the time.

When you wake from the anesthesia you just feel so amazing, but you cant sleep right away or youll die
Painkillers are fun. Just saying.
pretty much sucked. my top wisdoms roots were all tangled so they had to do some intense digging to get em out. when i had the meds in me it was good. (got lortabs). but they would wear off when i was asleep and it would just be excruciating pain till the next round kicked in. i dont know about everyone else. but i hated the feeling from the painkillers. i mean they did a good job. but it just made me really uncomfortable and uneasy with my surroundings
You'll be fine. I had all four wisdom teeth -- three of them impacted -- AND all four of my bicuspids pulled at the same time, and I only ended up taking my first two doses of vicodin before I downgraded to just basic extra-strength painkillers. The worst pain was in my jaw from being locked open, but it wasn't terrible and it went away in a few days. Maybe I just got extremely lucky, but I think most people do just fine.
Oh, and when the rest of your teeth start settling into all the newly-made space, it feels SO FREAKIN' GOOD. You don't even realize just how much tension you're carrying around in your jaw right now. You may even want more teeth pulled.
By far the worst part is the sound, the popping and crunching. The pain isn't so bad, so long as you take care of your wound. Dry socket is what hurts like the dickens.
:PIt's not even bad. It'll be numbed beforehand. I've had mine out and all you feel is slight discomfort.
Don't even worry. It's not that bad. Just remember to take your pain killer.
Dude its not that bad. Honestly the worst part is waking up and feeling sick and groggy for a couple hours after. I puked in the parking lot, felt much better, went home and watched movies and ate soup (homemade! mmmmmm chipotle chicken chowder, italian sausage and white bean soup...mmmmm) for a couple days. The meds work great. I highly recommend getting something to keep the swelling down. I didnt even need any vicadin and sold it to my friends.
