I used to do a lot of gynnastics but i've never seen that before. It's amazing how slow he flipped backwards, must be his body going at the speed of the ball. When you get really good at gymnastics you start to develop that fluid motion in your flips, but never that slow.
Err, so what? I just did that a couple minutes ago...:?
