I was applying for a job online, ok? I filled out all the necessary information, filled out a work history, and gave 3 good references, and then took the liberty of taking a 240 question test. The questions consisted of mainly the same things worded differently to try and test someone's honesty, but really it just confused the hell out of me.After I took all that time filling out their test for them, they have the nerve to tell me I don't qualify. OK, i'm applying for a job at a gas station. I have a 2 year associates degree from West Virginia University, and good references, and I don't qualify. Can this system of online applications be any more bureaucratic and corrupt?240 question test
I agree. If I was an employeer I would never use some silly online-based test.240 question test
Yea I hated doin those
Man I just took a painful AP test today and I rather take the AP test 3 times then take one of those pointless job applications.
Man I just took a painful AP test today and I rather take the AP test 3 times then take one of those pointless job applications.
I know right. I'd like to meet the man that made these tests mandatory. I'd give him a taste of Huey's imperialism crushing tazer glove.Seriously though...applying for a job is worse than the DMV these days if not then just as bad.
Man I just took a painful AP test today and I rather take the AP test 3 times then take one of those pointless job applications.
Let me guess: AP Chem? One of those free response questions was awful.
Those personality questions test how good of a liar you are.
They aren't looking for honesty, they're looking for the 'ideal' employee, which they'll never get.
I got turned down at Best Buy because I was flagged as a ''yellow'' personalty out of Green Yellow and Red
So when you get those personality questions, just lie and make yourself look like a saint.

Each question gave me more of a headache. I took the AP Enviro today. The free responses were killer. I wrote the biggest bs in my life. My answers were way to general. I surprisingly did ok on the multiple choice. I hope I at least get a 4. I have gotten a 3 on Ap World and a 2 on Ap US.

Such a dumb system.

I at least had AP psych right after chemistry to boost my self-esteem a bit. That test was so easy it was relaxing.

Like if your family member stole something would you report them
how do you calculate the weight of a plan without a scale
how do you know which light bulb is on between 3 doors without opening them
Any average joe knows that the ideal employee doesn't come through a series of 200+ questions. It comes through a series of hiring and firing. Plain and simple. Why does everyone have to make everything so damn complicated?
Sorry but those questions are so easy that if someone doesn't pass the test they are a reject. So apparently if a person doesn't pass the test they shouldn't qualify, seeing as the person is a reject.

Thanks for trolling btw.
